What is TACFIT?

What is the TACFIT Qualifier?
The TACFIT Qualifier (also known as TACFIT Commando) is a series of 6 bodyweight exercises that all instructor candidates must endure in order to become a TACFIT Certified Instructor. Yet in order to get to this level of expertise, a thorough introduction must be made as to what exactly is expected from an instructor candidate. In this workshop we will breakdown each element of the TACFIT Qualifier into digestible bite size chunks so that each individual leaves with a better understanding of their body and how to “be more prepared than the challenges you will face.”
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is an INTRODUCTION to the TACFIT system, and therefore is appropriate for all levels. It will be especially helpful for those interested in continuing their practice in the system and eventually testing as an instructor candidate. Every exercise has regressions and progressions that will provide accessibility to anyone willing to put forth the effort, this is the beauty of TACFIT!
